Desirée Beaucher Cranford

Registered Nurse First Assistant, BSN, RN, CNOR, RNFA

Desiree began her career in the medical field as a certified surgical technologist and went on to pursue her license as a Registered Nurse and Bachelor of Science in Nursing. She holds certifications in Registered Nurse First Assistant and Certified Perioperative Nurse. She also has over twenty years of experience in the operating room and over ten years specializing in plastic surgery. Desiree and her husband Stephen have three chihuahuas named Josephine, Napoleon, and Bitsy.

Sue Tree

Patient Care Coordinator

Sue has over 15 years of healthcare management experience with over a decade as a patient care coordinator in plastic surgery. She loves to be every patient’s best friend through their plastic surgery journey. As a New York native but a Florida gal at heart, Sue is uniquely poised to assist patients locally as well as those coming from out of state. She is at the heart of our concierge care approach for all patients, and currently lives in Jupiter with her husband Todd, two children, and her American bulldog Bella.

Beth Ann Kralovec

Office Administrator

Beth Ann brings to Palm Beach Plastic Surgery Institute a diverse professional background, having transitioned from a career in legal operations. Her experience has equipped her with exceptional organizational, communication, and multitasking skills, ensuring she delivers top-tier service in every interaction. Outside of her career, Beth Ann enjoys a fulfilling family life with her husband, Jeff and their two beloved cats, Benny and Magnus.
